Where do you ship?
For now, we ship within Lithuania only. Orders are delivered to the Omniva parcel locker of your choice – you can pick it at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker costs 2.99 EUR. Orders over 50 EUR ship for free. More details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to get my order?
Every item is handmade, so it takes 3–5 business days to make and ship your order. After that, delivery to the parcel locker usually takes 1–3 business days. Omniva will send you a text message and an email with your pickup code.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days. You can find all the details in our Refund Policy.
How do I choose the right size?
You'll find the sizes on each collar's product page. Measure around your dog's neck with a soft measuring tape where the collar usually sits. If you're not sure which size to pick, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What is Biothane?
Biothane is one of the materials we use. It is a strong polyester webbing with a soft, waterproof coating. It doesn't absorb water, dirt or smells, stays flexible, and doesn't crack or rot, which makes it a great choice for walks in rain, mud or water.
How do I clean Biothane accessories?
Simply wipe them with a damp cloth or rinse them under warm water with a little mild soap, then let them dry.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main payment methods, including bank cards. You'll see all available options at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
